1. Q: How many all steel radial tires can you produce per month?
A: Our production capacity is approximately 120000pcs per month for  radial tyres in current workshop, a new workshop is under construction and will be finished soon.

  2. Q: What's your delivery time for all steel radial tyres?
A: For quantity less than 2 containers,we can finish delivery in 15days. For large quantity, it depends on mold quantities.

3. Q: What's your MOQ for all steel radial tyres?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs, but we kindly suggest one container in one shipment. Mix different sizes in one container is acceptable for us, this will help to save your freight cost as well.

 4. Q: How do you guarantee quality for all steel radial tires? 
A: We have quality management system. We will strictly follow it , either make a replacement or compensation for damage products

5. Q: Do you often stock all steel radial tyres?
A: No, we only arrange production after order placed. All tires we shipped are new tires to ensure each tire's life time.

6. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Normally we do payment methods as 30% TT in advance ,70% TT balance before delivery. We also accept L/C payment for some indicated regions .

7. Q: What certificates do you have for all steel radial tyres ?
A: We have ISO9001, CCC, GCC and DOT certificates. We are now processing SNI and BIS certificate.

8. Q: What's your loading port for all steel radial tyres?
A:  You can choose Wuhan, Huangshi, Shanghai port. Otherwise, according to customer's request.
